The Grader Good ("the Service") is provided to help instructors grade student essays with AI assistance. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Your content.You retain ownership of everything you upload: rubrics, essays, comments, and grades. You're responsible for having the right to upload any student work you submit for grading, and for complying with your institution's own policies on student data before doing so.
Acting on behalf of a school.If you use the Service in connection with a school, district, or other educational institution, you represent that you're authorized to upload student work on that institution's behalf, and that doing so is consistent with any agreement between you and the institution regarding student data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle student data, including under FERPA and COPPA.
AI-generated grading. Scores and feedback are generated by a third-party AI model and are suggestions for the instructor to review, not final or authoritative grades. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before it reaches a student.
Availability.The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, and may change or be discontinued at any time.
Account termination. You may delete your account and data at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
